Waabi is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the growth and evolution of the company. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP capacity within a fast-paced tech environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP capacity within a fast-paced tech environment
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Experience coaching management layers (from new managers to senior leadership) to strengthen their management and leadership capability
- Experience designing and approaching people strategy with an emphasis and understanding of the business strategy
- Proven capability to effectively provide employee HR consultations
- Strong analytical skills and logical through processes, with the ability to identify and resolve sophisticated and sensitive HR issues/problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others
- Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions
- Demonstrated experience working in high ambiguity without clear playbooks or processes
- HR Partnership experience with non-exempt employees, including understanding of key legal and safety compliance elements
