HR Business Partner

Waabi is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the growth and evolution of the company. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP capacity within a fast-paced tech environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP capacity within a fast-paced tech environment
• Bachelor degree or higher
• Experience coaching management layers (from new managers to senior leadership) to strengthen their management and leadership capability
• Experience designing and approaching people strategy with an emphasis and understanding of the business strategy
• Proven capability to effectively provide employee HR consultations
• Strong analytical skills and logical through processes, with the ability to identify and resolve sophisticated and sensitive HR issues/problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others
• Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions
• Demonstrated experience working in high ambiguity without clear playbooks or processes
• HR Partnership experience with non-exempt employees, including understanding of key legal and safety compliance elements
