We are looking for an HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day and strategic guidance on people and organization development strategies in support of Integrity’s goals.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for company leadership and employees
- Collaborate and partner with Integrity’s People & Culture COEs
- Support business unit leadership with talent management initiatives
- Lead and support change management efforts
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues
- Utilize people analytics and metrics to develop solutions
- Consult with business unit leadership on organizational design and restructuring
