Job Description
AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to lead the development and management of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring a competitive and equitable workplace that attracts and retains top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a fast-paced, complex organization, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and relevant laws and regulations
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful total rewards programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proficiency in HRIS tools and advanced Excel capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization
