Senior Clinical Insights Specialist

Atropos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Insights Specialist to create content and deliver custom analytics using their proprietary tool stack. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to build real-world evidence to support clinical and commercial decisions.

Requirements

• MD, PA, NP, clinical nurse, or other healthcare professional with at least 3+ years treating patients within a healthcare system
• Deep understanding of patient care pathways and clinical decision-making processes
• Knowledge of clinical terminology standards (ICD, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, etc) and their application in clinical practice
• Track record of producing published work (peer-reviewed manuscripts or poster/podium presentations)
• High degree of critical thinking and independent problem-solving
• Ability to work with a team of highly skilled experts
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Familiarity with manipulating and analyzing data in SQL, Python, or R
