Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, manage UAT, and serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of client management
- Strong documentation skills, with expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Hands-on experience managing UAT cycles, from planning to execution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across UK, AU, or US time zones to support international clients
