Job Description
Process Engineering Specialist responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, executing projects, and developing process controls to ensure robust and reliable manufacturing processes. Analyze data to complete work requests and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Utilize analytical troubleshooting skills to resolve process outages and improve product, machine, and people performance.
Requirements
- BS Degree in scientific, engineering, electronics, mechanical or other similar field
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Experience with mechanical drive systems
- Experience in establishing and controlling process settings
- Strong background in adhesive systems, air systems and bonding technologies
- Basic understanding of electrical components
- A basic knowledge of analytical troubleshooting
- A good knowledge of manufacturing plant support equipment
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office
