The role involves managing all accounting functions for clients, including month-end close process, financial statements, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, 2+ years of experience at a Web3 company, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Manage all general on-chain and off-chain accounting functions
- Prepare monthly consolidated client financials
- Utilize on-chain accounting tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
- Set client accounting & tax policies
- Define & implement ASC 606 revenue recognition policies
- Direct activities related to efficient customer cash collection and vendor payments
- Build financial models to help clients manage cash and make intelligent and proactive operational decisions
- Analyze company operations to identify operational and cost efficiencies and implement solutions
- Create and manage KPI Dashboards
- Manage general HR responsibilities, including payroll, processing employee onboarding & offboarding, and benefits management
- Manage Token Accounting
- Oversee client tax-related matters to ensure timely compliance
- Lead annual financial audits, as required
- Manage and mentor accounting teams across all clients
