Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including site safety, scheduling, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a minimal of 3-5 years’ experience as a Superintendent
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction documents, and technical drawings
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills to address unforeseen challenges during construction
• Strong understanding of construction budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, etc.) are desirable
