Momentec Brands seeks a Director of Promotional Product Sales to lead its strategy, growth, and relationship management within the Promotional Products Distributor channel. The role involves developing and executing channel strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring operational excellence across all distributor-related programs.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the Promotional Product Distributor channel.
- Establish annual sales targets, channel KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, promotional programs, and targeted sales initiatives.
- Identify new distributor opportunities and expand Momentec Brandsā presence within the promotional products market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance assessments, and growth planning sessions with distributor partners.
- Support distributors with product education, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools.
- Partner with Finance to ensure margin targets and profitability standards are met.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing support for distributor partners.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance the distributor experience.
- Lead and mentor Promotional Product Sales team
- Establish clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
