GT Water Products is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales – Wholesale to lead and grow our wholesale channel. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience, industry knowledge, and a strategic mindset to expand market share and enhance product presence.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and purchasing teams
- Ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and promotions
- Conduct product training sessions to support wholesale partners and drive sell-through
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contract terms within company guidelines
- Utilize NetSuite ERP/CRM (or similar systems) to track sales activities and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams
- Conduct site visits and represent the company at trade shows and industry events
