Role Overview

AURELIUS WaterRise is a 180-strong team of operational experts who work directly with AURELIUS portfolio companies to translate value creation plans into tangible results. The team partners with management to strengthen leadership, professionalise operations, and drive performance across various functions.

What You Will Do

Carry out finance related projects, design and implement Finance Target Operating Models, establish liquidity management and cash management processes, and track successful realization of value creation plans in financial statements.

Requirements

• University degree / suitable experience in business / economics
• At least 10 years relevant experience, preferably with a top management consulting firm or Big4
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical and strategical thinking
• Result-oriented personality
• Highly developed sense of responsibility
• Strong teamwork capabilities
• Practical, hands-on mentality
