Role Overview

Join Aurelius WaterRise's Portfolio Operations team as a Finance Manager, driving performance, operational excellence, and growth of portfolio companies. Lead financial onboarding, communicate with stakeholders, and support value creation initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead financial onboarding, communicate with stakeholders, support value creation initiatives, perform operational due diligence, and prepare external advisors with Purchase Price Allocations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Several years of experience in financial advisory, accounting advisory, or transaction-related finance roles, strong technical expertise in US-GAAP, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
• Several years of experience in financial advisory, accounting advisory, or transaction-related finance roles
• Strong technical expertise in US-GAAP; experience with IFRS is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with common consolidation tools and group reporting systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels
• Ability and willingness to travel (Moderate to frequently)
