Manager Finance Practice

Role Overview

Take care of the onboarding and subsequent care of participations after a company acquisition, as part of the Operations Team. Regular presence on site in portfolio companies (3 days/week).

What You Will Do

Financial analyses, deviation analyses, building of controlling structures, participation in analysis and optimization of controlling, creation of weekly and monthly reporting.

University degree in economics, good financial knowledge, 4-6 years of experience in corporate consulting/accounting, numerical affinity, analytical skills, project management, communication skills.

Requirements

• University degree in economics
• Well-developed financial knowledge
• Completion of further relevant professional exams (e.g. ACCA, CA, CFA etc.)
• Good knowledge of national (HGB) and/or IFRS accounting
• 4-6 years of professional experience in corporate consulting/accounting
• Familiar with and proficient in change processes
• High numerical affinity and well-developed analytical skills
• Sovereign in project management and result presentations
• Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic working style
• Fluent German language skills in word and writing
