Role Overview

Join our Munich-based team at AURELIUS Growth Capital's rapidly growing Dental Buy & Build platform. As Senior Manager M&A, you will oversee the entire deal ownership process, drive the Buy & Build strategy, and lead the M&A process with high reliability.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire deal ownership process, driving the Buy & Build strategy, structured leadership and organization of the M&A process, identifying and evaluating potential targets, creating financial models and decision-making documents, and preparing bank presentations.

Requirements

• Several years of M&A experience in the mid-market environment
• Experience in the PE environment, investment banking, auditing, or management consulting
• Successful execution of Buy- and Sell-Side processes
• Outstanding process strength
• Excellent analytical skills and routine in financial modeling and due diligence coordination
• Sovereign appearance and clear, target-oriented communication
• Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and joy in developing a platform
• Successfully completed master's degree with a focus on business administration
• Very good German and English skills
