Senior Managing Director

Role Overview

As a Senior Managing Director, you will take end-to-end responsibility for 2-4 platform investments, defining strategy, finding group management, and driving key value drivers forward. You will be the single point of contact for management, partners, and investors.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include platform ownership, buy & build, value creation, exit, and new platforms. You will build your investment portfolio over 1-2 years and engage in intensive travel activity.

You will have a university degree in a commercial, natural sciences, or engineering field and a sound understanding of sales and commercial questions.

Requirements

• Several years of generalist responsibility as managing director or CEO in the mid-market with P&L responsibility in the high two-digit to three-digit million range
• Relevant M&A experience, ideally in the small/mid-cap PE environment
• University degree (commercial, natural sciences, or engineering)
• Sound understanding of sales and commercial questions
