Requirements
- A warm and approachable communication style with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service (around three years)
- Strong organisational and time management skills that keep things running smoothly
- Ability to write clearly for different audiences
- A knack for problem-solving and thinking proactively
- Comfortable working on your own while contributing to a supportive team environment
- Quick to learn and flexible when things change
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of telecommunications and data services is a bonus
