Requirements
- Strong experience in Workforce Planning - forecasting, modelling and workforce management system implementation (UKG Pro or equivalent)
- Experience operating in complex, multi-site, customer-facing environments (retail, logistics, service networks)
- Strong understanding of workforce planning trends, technologies and bestâpractice approaches
- Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, rostering optimisation, automation, and analytics tools that are shaping the shift toward more dynamic workforce planning
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders, including GMs, key internal and external stakeholders and influencing decisions through clear, dataâled insight
