Workforce Planning & Productivity Manager

Requirements

• Strong experience in Workforce Planning - forecasting, modelling and workforce management system implementation (UKG Pro or equivalent)
• Experience operating in complex, multi-site, customer-facing environments (retail, logistics, service networks)
• Strong understanding of workforce planning trends, technologies and best‐practice approaches
• Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, rostering optimisation, automation, and analytics tools that are shaping the shift toward more dynamic workforce planning
• Confidence engaging with senior leaders, including GMs, key internal and external stakeholders and influencing decisions through clear, data‐led insight
