Job Description
As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will determine resource requirements for all teams servicing the Dealer and customer network, ensuring that shifts are aligned to customer demand & commercially viable, meeting service standards & service excellence. You will be responsible for planning, adjusting and creating accurate forecasts along with helping with regular reporting needs.
Requirements
- Workforce Management experience, ideally 5+ years
- Expert skills in using a Workforce Management tool, preferably Verint Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work through uncertainty (illnesses, other unplanned events) whilst staying solution focussed
- Expert skills in Excel for modelling and scenario planning
