We are looking for a practical and organized Office Operations Coordinator to support the daily running of our office in Tirana. This role is focused on administrative tasks, supplier coordination, and invoice handling.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or similar operational roles
- Experience with invoice handling or administrative/finance-related tasks
- Experience coordinating with vendors or external service providers
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage routine tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills in Albanian and English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
