Manager of End User Computing (EUC) & Client Architecture

Role Overview

The Manager of End User Computing (EUC) & Client Architecture is responsible for the strategy, architecture, engineering, security, lifecycle management, and operational delivery of enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop technologies across the organization. This role leads a team of approximately 15 technical professionals supporting endpoint management, virtual desktop infrastructure, mobility, software deployment, patch management, and end-user experience initiatives in a highly regulated, payment-processing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-8 years of progressive IT infrastructure and endpoint engineering experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise with Tanium, Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Enterprise patch management solutions, ServiceNow
• Experience supporting payment systems, including payment terminals and POS environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows endpoint architecture, endpoint security, software deployment, and VDI technologies
• Experience with automation and scripting technologies such as PowerShell
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and operational governance
