
Job description
The EUT Engineer is the onsite contact for local users who interact with the Apex Group IT, covering desktop, telephony, networking, and business applications. The role requires a good balance of basic technical skills and customer-facing skills.
Provide onsite IT support, maintain IT infrastructure, support office technologies and EUC hardware, and resolve onsite IT requests in a timely fashion.
The role requires good technology understanding, written and communication skills, customer focus, and excellent timekeeping. Experience with MS technologies, documentation, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
