The End User Technology Analyst is the onsite point of contact for local users interacting with Apex Group IT services. The role is responsible for delivering timely onsite IT support while maintaining a strong balance between technical expertise and customer service.
Provide onsite IT support for the office environment, maintain and support local IT infrastructure, and support office technologies and end-user computing hardware.
The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
