
Job description
The IT Deskside Agent is the onsite contact for local users, responsible for resolving IT requests in a timely fashion. The role requires a balance of technical and customer-facing skills.
Provide onsite IT support, maintain IT infrastructure, support office technologies, and deploy IT equipment. Communicate clearly with users and report major IT issues to the Service Manager.
The role requires good technology understanding, written and communication skills, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with MS technologies, documentation, and process improvement is desirable.
