Join Our Team as a Practice Manager! We're looking for a proactive, people-focused leader with a passion for healthcare administration to help ensure our medical practice runs smoothly every day.
Requirements
- Make sure the clinic runs efficiently and follows all policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure schedules are well-balanced.
- Motivate and support the team to work together effectively.
- Help with hiring, training, and developing staff to improve their skills.
- Oversee billing, collections, and other financial tasks to keep the clinic financially healthy.
- Partner with doctors and the operations team to improve the clinics services and workflow.
- Identify ways to make processes better and solve problems quickly.
- Make sure the clinic follows healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Rate: $6 per hour after training
- Rate increase after 6 months
