Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced General Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and collaborate with managers across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Supervisory experience with the ability to lead and guide a team
- Prior experience in a BPO environment, particularly in a medical account, is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and communication tools like Slack or Zoom
- Familiarity with managing calendars and coordinating schedules
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
