Legal Consultant - Contract Negotiation (French/German Speaking)

Avantia Law is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their team as a freelance consultant to spearhead contract negotiation for investment-related documents. The role is fully remote and requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice Law in the UK, Europe, USA or Canada
• Must be fluent in French and/or German
• 5+ years’ corporate/ transactional law experience, either inhouse or private practice.
