Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking an experienced qualified Lawyer to join on a freelance/ consultancy basis to spearhead contract negotiation. The role involves managing contract processes, working with global Avantia lawyers and paralegals, and collaborating with clients. The role is fully remote and allows for flexible practice.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in the UK, Europe, USA or Canada
- Fluent in French and/or German
- 5+ years' corporate/ transactional law experience
- Experience with independently negotiating investment related NDAs and Engagement Letters
