Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking an experienced lawyer to spearhead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, Engagement Letters, and other contracts on a freelance/ consultancy basis. The role is fully remote and allows for flexible practice of law.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in the UK, Europe, USA or Canada
- Fluent in French and/or German
- 5+ years’ corporate/ transactional law experience, either inhouse or private practice
- Familiarity of working with asset managers, investment banks or other financial services firms
- Experienced with independently negotiating investment related NDAs and Engagement Letters
