Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their team on a freelance basis to spearhead contract negotiation for investment-related NDAs and other agreements. The role is fully remote and requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in the UK, Europe, USA or Canada
- Fluent in French and/or German
- 5+ years’ corporate/ transactional law experience, either inhouse or private practice
- Experienced with independently negotiating investment related NDAs and Engagement Letters
