Legal Consultant - Contract Negotiation (French/German Speaking)

Avantia Law is seeking a qualified lawyer to join on a freelance/ consultancy basis to spearhead contract negotiation for investment-related documents. The role is fully remote and allows for flexible practice of law.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice Law in the UK, Europe, USA or Canada
• Fluent in French and/or German
• 5+ years' corporate/transactional law experience
• Experienced with independently negotiating investment related NDAs and Engagement Letters
