Job Description
We are seeking a DTP & QA Team Lead to oversee our in-house Desktop Publishing (DTP) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient multilingual production workflows while strengthening documentation, accountability, and productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years in localization/multilingual production
- Strong hands-on DTP expertise (Adobe InDesign required)
- Experience with complex multilingual layouts
- 2+ years leading teams (performance management required)
- Experience improving processes and documenting workflows
- Advanced English
