
Job description
Provide technical support as point of contact for IT for the site, including end-user desktop, laptops, office IT, and network and servers. Coordinate with backend team for smart hand support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, office IT, and network devices. Install software, onboard new users, and offboard departing users. Provide executive/VIP support and coordinate with external vendors.
Ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT support experience in a corporate enterprise environment, with expertise in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, ServiceNow, and Microsoft server technologies.
