Job Description
The IT Support Technician EUC L2 will provide technical support for onsite IT hardware and software, including end-user desktops, laptops, and office IT, as well as network and server support. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, coordinating with the backend team, and managing IT assets and stock.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support with increasing levels of responsibility and technical expertise in a corporate enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and their related remote access
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Plant environment knowledge and Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
