Job Description
IT Support Technician EUC L2 provides technical support for onsite IT systems, users, and hardware, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of enterprise and personal devices, as well as network and server support. They will also manage IT assets, coordinate external vendors, and lead a project support team.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support in a corporate enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and their related remote access
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Plant environment knowledge and Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
