Job Description
Field Service Technician II responsible for maintaining and repairing telecommunication equipment, installing Securus products, and providing support to customers in correctional facilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of installation repair and maintenance of telecom and networking devices.
- Experience working with Windows OS, VOIP, Adtran Fortinet, AOS, Cisco IOS and wireless technology
