Job Description
Field Service Technician II maintains and repairs telecommunication equipment, installs Securus products, and provides support to customers. Travels to locations to resolve issues and provides installation assistance, training, or troubleshooting assistance to FSA and/or FST1.
Requirements
- Repairs, maintains, programs, and installs telecommunications hardware
- Communicates with dispatchers to receive work assignments
- Troubleshoots situations where standard procedures have failed
- Provides administrative services, including data entry and customer reporting
- Maintains inventory of equipment and tools
