Business Analyst (Senior, Salesforce Project)

The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and applicable automated systems and develops As-Is and To-Be descriptions. In this role, you will play a key part in Salesforce-related projects, leading requirement gathering and analysis activities, preparing and delivering communications, participating in testing, and supporting solution design for internal and external initiatives.

Requirements

• Elicit and document business requirements for Salesforce projects, enhancements, and integrations.
• Analyze and evaluate current business processes and propose Salesforce-driven solutions.
• Prepare deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, process flows, and interface designs.
• Translate complex technical information into clear business language to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance.
• Support the project manager, product manager, and wider team in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and execution.
• Participate in testing activities, including test case development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
