Job Description
We're seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce to help drive enterprise software solution projects and analyze business processes to develop impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Background in relevant fields (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering etc.)
- Experience working with and analyzing complex business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
- Knowledge of producing As-Is and To-Be documentation
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional experience in implementing at least 1 OutSystems full project lifecycle
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint/Dynamics CRM and client/server architectures
- Experience mentoring junior associates
