AvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to join our Customer Success division, working closely with internal teams and external clients to analyze business processes and systems, particularly within Salesforce environments.
Requirements
- Elicit and document requirements for Salesforce and enterprise software development
- Create deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Analyze current business processes and develop As-Is and To-Be models
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with developers and Salesforce administrators to define feasible solutions
- Support project planning including deliverables, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication
- Participate in solution testing and validation
- Provide user training or documentation where needed
