Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of professional experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic sales
- English language proficiency - Advanced
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS, Industrial Software, CPG, Manufacturing) and technical aptitude to discuss software capabilities
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strategic Thinking Ability to see the "big picture" and identify how partnerships fit into long-term market dynamics
- Advanced Negotiation Proficiency in influence and persuasion to close high-stakes, win-win deals
- Data Mastery Skilled in using CRM Software, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to derive actionable insights
- Communication/Collaboration Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with C-suite executives and diverse global partners
- Adaptability Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments and pivot strategies based on market shifts or partner needs
