A Line Cook is responsible for preparing food items for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet, Cafe, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria, and Banquets while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handlers Certification (compliance with State requirements)
- Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
