The Senior Manager, Labor Relations drives practical, business-focused labor relations across a large, frontline, unionized workforce at Avis Budget Group. The role involves leading collective bargaining negotiations, supporting field leaders on grievances and contract application, and managing the company's response to union organizing and elections.
