Requirements
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify, target, and build relationships with key decision-makers within public sector organizations.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the specific challenges and objectives of prospective customers.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiations, ensuring a consultative approach.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and marketing, to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of Avolve Software.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the Govtech space.
