Job Description
Awardco is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Variable Compensation Specialist to help scale and strengthen our variable compensation operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, enjoy digging into data and systems, and can balance recurring operational work with improving and maturing our variable compensation infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- 4–7+ years of experience in variable compensation, commissions operations, accounting, or sales finance within a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems such as CaptivateIQ (preferred) or Xactly
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and complex data sets
- Strong understanding of commission accounting, accruals, and internal controls; SOX experience preferred
