We are looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate about seasonal & sustainable produce, full of energy and looking to join a business known for its people and culture. The food offer is seasonal with all dishes made in house with fine local suppliers.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
• Passionate about 'Best of British'
• Desire to develop
