We are looking for a well-seasoned Sous Chef to join our friendly and professional kitchen team focusing on local fresh produce. The ideal candidate will have experience in a gastropub or busy country inn and be able to motivate and develop a team.
Requirements
- Prepare fresh dishes, following recipes and presentation specifications
- Adhere to all food hygiene, safety standards & company standard
- Manage team in absence of the head chef
- Motivate and develop existing brigade
