The ideal candidate will have knowledge of varied culinary techniques, ability to create and cost stunning sustainable dishes, and passion for in-house butchery and knife skills. The role offers a 48-hour contract, £30,000 package including tips, and a range of benefits.

• AA Rosette or modern fine dining background as Sous Chef level
• Knowledge of varied culinary techniques
• Ability to create/cost & execute stunning sustainable dishes
• Passion for in-house butchery/bringing bags of knife skills
