Job Description
We are seeking a strong-willed Sous Chef with experience and understanding of Street Food. The ideal candidate will have a drive to push exciting and innovative dishes and support the Head Chef with kitchen duties.
Requirements
- Experience in Street Food
- Understanding of current and future Street Food trends
- Ability to head up kitchen in absence of Head Chef
