We are seeking a Sous Chef for a fantastic client in Southsea, Hampshire, UK. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant, with a background in modern cuisine and knowledge of varied culinary techniques. They will be responsible for creating and executing stunning sustainable dishes, mentoring kitchen staff, and driving kitchen culture.
Requirements
- AA Rosette or modern fine dining background as Sous Chef level
- Knowledge of varied culinary techniques
- Ability to create/cost & execute stunning sustainable dishes
- Passion for in-house butchery/bringing bags of knife skills
- Mentoring and progression
