We are looking for a Performance Manager to join Axalta in Florida, responsible for maintaining strong customer satisfaction and retention within a territory, traveling over 50% of the time. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of customer support and a background in Automotive Refinish.

• Acts as primary point of contact for identified customers and builds strong, collaborative relationships
• Provides high-level of dedicated customer support with frequent face-to-face visits
• Analyzes cost and productivity key performance indicators (KPIs) and reviews data with customer management
